Whenever I want the blue lantern flame I always swim to the far bottom, play "Becalmed" and two sharks will spawn in. It's worked 3 times so far so Im fairly certain sharks just dont like that song.

Yeah well it got me one shark at the outpost and normally i dont get them right at start :") its nice to have sharks patrolling the boat against those sneaky thieves out there

Side note: While I'm doubtful of this tip I'll test it.
I don’t know why it works and I don’t care, but it does. I was trying to get the hunting spear commendations but couldn’t get sharks to spawn near the outpost, so I tried this. No sharks had spawned for five minutes of being underwater, and then I started playing the song and a shark spawned immediately. So far, I haven’t gotten another one after just jumping back and trying again, but it works at least once.
