I will split this post up so it's easier to understand what I'm talking about
You kill somebody
You equip your lantern and swing at their glowyness before they go to the Ferry
You have now captured 1/4 of a players soul
The soul is not specific to different players, just players in general
The 1/4 captured soul has a vortexy look to it
You may only attach this to 1 or max 2 lights before it fades from your own lantern meaning to have all your lamps with PVP flames you must get more than one kill :P
Killing players evolves your lantern up to a max of 4/4 and more soul fragments you collect the more intense the soulflame becomes and the more obvious too (think of it FOR EXAMPLE like a reapers flag that the more you killed the brighter and clearer to other players it becomes)
From a distance you could see a ship coming and judge whether they have killed 1 other player, or 12 based on how many lamps are souls and the state of the evolution of the soulflame
Obviously you can't capture a whole soul as by lore (lol) it goes to the Ferry
This would be a cool little difference to the flames we have already but instead of dying, you kill to acquire them.
