As of this post my emissary levels are as follows: GH: 61 / OoS: 50 / MA: 41 / RB: 17 / HC: 2 / SoF: 6 / GoF: 6 !!NOT PIRATE LEGEND!! I have a captained ship in all three categories. I prefer PvE, but I do well on cannons. Not amazing at sword/gunplay.
