Has anyone else been having issues with laggy gameplay or rubberbanding? I’ve been experiencing it since this morning before the update. Sometimes when I jump overboard I’ll snap back on to the deck and interacting with the ship’s wheel or capstan will pause for a second before it puts me into the animation.

Are you running unlimited fps? Around ~220-225? fps the game will rubberband/glitch your character like that, so I cap at 220 and definitely helps.
