Not sure if it was after the first complete re-install or the second but no broadcast mics are working.
Tried xbox series X, store version and steam version, all the same.
Push to talk, you get the speech icon in the top right of the screen but no voice is broadcasting, nor does the icon above the player change to indicate they are broadcasting.
Not heard a single voice outside of our parties for a while now
So last night, after all the bronze boarding, when we got back into the game, we encountered a brig.
We realised that we could hear our French pirate adversaries on their brig. Hot mics were working.
We tried it and yup, ours worked as well. All night, until we all logged off.
This morning, back to no hot mics. Not working again, exactly as before. Whatever Rare did to sort out no-one being able to get into the game, somehow sorted the hot mics but it's broken again today
