Hunters Call and sea monster/ sea animal hunts

So would it be kinda nice to add more animals in the sea like some that are passive but will attack if attacked.

Like you could raise a hunter flag and hunt down whales and dolphins, for blubber and skins meat too. Please expand on this ideal.
