Cant send any reports

I know, probably the wrong place to text it about, but i cant send any reports on support page :( Neither my friends can :( Simple "error" text appears and nothing happens.
We cant report cheater, who 3d day in a row ruin our road to 100 allegiance lvl :D And we cant report about this error either :D
