so a big part of the frustration around grinding emissary rep is that there's no way of knowing how much loot you'll need to turn in before hitting the next level. What we do know:
!. Treasure has fixed XP values (aka a castaway chest is always worth a set amount of xp no matter how much it sells for)
2. You get more XP for rarer treasure. (If a castaway chest was worth 1 XP, a captains chest is worth 10, etc.)
3. Each level has a higher XP cost than the last (if Gold hoarders 10 requires 100 xp, 15 requires 200, etc).
The problem is that while we know how the system works generally, we have no hard numbers to look at- as such, when we hit, say, gold hoarders 48, we don't know if its gonna take 200 captains chssts or 300 to reach 49.
Has anyone ever done a dive into the game files to see what these values are?
