Day One of Custom Seas, and Beyond

One key thing that is missing is custom supplies. We should be able to set barrel supplies on the boats however we want, and not only choose between 3 presets, when setting up the server. In that case when boats sink and they respawn with the same supps: That makes easier to run events and games.

There's no point in having custom servers if you can't make any progress. I just wanted to play with my friends, have fun, invite everyone to play together, and still be able to make progress in the game.
