It has been nearly 3 weeks since I have been able to write a support ticket..below is a link showing what happens each time I try to issue a support request. Basically I login to my sot account. Go to support page click submit support ticket and as soon as I do it logs me out. I log back in and it repeats it everytime.

@lt-josh84 to send a support ticket you need to login seperatly, so if you didn't log into the forums you have to login twice...then it should work
Also I prefer to open the support ticket site following way:
-top menu
-support
-status
-contact support
Worked everytime for me...

have you tried deleting your history and cache (including cookies and all that jazz) ?
Otherwise:
@Musicmee could you help out here for a sec? maybe you could get him/her in touch with someone at rare in order to solve this issue
