Hello Pirates,
I’m a day 1 veteran and loving the game but I just wanted to share my opinion here about the ammount of loot you can find everywhere now.
The frequency and ammount of loot arround barrels of plenty is insane. It just takes the pace out of the game because people want to stop every time they see a few shinies (including myself for gems, i mean.. hunters call right) and i think this should b severely reduced to being a rare sight.
Mermaid gems,
There are just to many gems spawning, Its not rare to find 3 red gems on small islands wich i think is way to much loot for just freebies and should be tuned down by alot.
I also had an idea for the new reaper boxes, i delivered 6 yesterday and i thought it to be way to easy for a 15 doubloun rewared. My idea was for them to be a delivery to an assigned outpost just like with the cargo runs. It enables people to have them on ships for longer and not just run off to the nearest outpost before anyone can even get close enough to try and take it off you. Some times it would be close and you will be lucky, and sometimes it will be further away and might draw in more attackers.
I just think the risk isn’t high enough at this moment.
