Well... enjoy using it, remember cover with sand & wash your hands after.

Use one of these to help you cover your business once you are done.
You should find similar in your inventory rather than just using your hands.

The rest is up to you..
Unfortunately I can't hold your hands any further. Especially with you on the toilet... that's just weird!!!.

These really are the basics.
If you don't know how to use a toilet, then there is little hope you will know what else is going on around the game, or what is potentially to come. :)

On one of the Unchartered Isles, there is a stone circle on the ground.
There has been speculation about what this could be.
Mike possibly dropped a hint in the Q&A, some rumours floating around believe this to be a portal.
