Problems with signing up for drops on twitch

    I want some cosmetics so I want to connect to Sea of Thieves on twitch. However when I do that and click signup on the SoT website it says "Link account". I approve it on the twitch site but it now says on the SoT website " Sorry, we could not link your Account." so I can't click next and accept the terms and conditions. When I check my connections on twitch it does say I'm connected to Sea of Thieves, but I doubt I will get any drops since it is not possible for me to accept the terms and conditions.

    Can anyone help?

    honestly dude all mine was connected and signed up for the drops watched both days for 2 hours and only got the sails, when i wrote support they copied and pasted a generic qoute from how to link your twitch account, dont get your hopes up for supports help mate

    I watched 2 hours + 1 hour. My friends received cosmetics almost immediately, I didn't.
    I linked the twitch account on 22 July.
    I even watched the event via the app on xbox, avoiding playing SOT for hours.
    I made a ticket last night after my friends received the sails and the flag.
    I repeat that I watched the event for a total of 3 hours so the cosmetic items are my right.

    I really hope it will be resolved soon because this livery is really very beautiful and I can't afford to lose it.

    No, I told the support about it, but they said they just could not help me and closed the ticket.
    This is so odd, this sucks.

    Just an update on my previous post. I contacted customer support and after they told me I was not eligible for the rewards I log in today to find all my ship livery. I'd like to thank then for rectifying this
