I have a question with tall tales.
If I've done most of the storyline and I'm ready to move forward, but I have a friend hasn't started it.
Am I allowed to carry him? Can he tag along? Will the story open up for me/ us?
How does that work?

But what I'm sure is : It gonna be super boring for your friend to not do it in order AND yes you can do again the "old" quest.I'm going to test it. I'm starting 'Fate of the morningstar' and he's going to tag along.
Since it's locked to them, I wonder if we can't access it completely. Or vote to start it.Or I could start it as a solo, and have them drop in mid quest.
This is for people who can't play due to work or scheduling problems.
@nightfall127402 He can play the entire Tall Tale, but he will probably be confused if you don't start with the Shroudbreaker Tale with him first and work your way up.
