So recently I've noticed a lot more people going "what" after I trash talk them and so after some investigation with a friend of mine, I found out that my mic in sea of thieves, although it works, is really bad and sounds 'laggy'. My mic works fine on other programs such as discord and other games such as fortnite. For some reason it does work fine sometimes but other times it is complete garbage.
I really enjoy the proximity chat function in this game and it sucks that my trash talking isn't being properly conveyed. If anyone has any tips to help me solve this problem or at least find out whats causing it, it would be greatly appreciated

@coolguywes I assume you are on pc, because you hear alot about this from pc-players...
So I thought about something...is there a way to open a, like dashboard-shortcut, like it is on xbox when you press the XBox-button?
Because there, when you go all the way to the right side, there is a option for audio, where you can make others louder, change the tv-chat balance...maybe this could help...@schwammlgott I've checked through all the PC settings and my mic works fine when I record my voice and play it back, so I assume this is a Sea of Thieves/Xbox App problem.
I also fiddled around with the settings in the game and nothing really worked.
