Disbanding a crew

    Friendly fire fight over the loot
    Winner takes all

    At the end of a session, all 2-4 players must vote to disband a crew. The crew now can kill one another and the survivor takes the spoils without sharing to the rest of the crew.

    I think it would add an extra laugh to the end of a session, you sell all the low level stuff and then fight over the most expensive item.
    Go out with one final hurrah!

    Would also be cool if when you die your stuck on the ferry until another crew comes along and picks you up.

    A good way for that galleon to gain an extra man or two.
