Lawsuit?!? (Had to remake due to being locked for no given reason other than they didnt like my post)

    You cant sell people a game and then take a good majority of content that you sold them away. That is called scamming people. I requested my refund after seeing this video. What a joke to be honest. Did 1 guy make this decision without discussing it with the whole development team? I find it very hard to believe that more that one person on your dev team thought this was a "good idea". Must of been an executive decision. Only thing that makes sense.

    Why do you get to decide my post is over when it clearly was still being discussed by our community. Why is it getting locked?????

    Nothing that was in the game at release was taken out. The only thing that was in the game at release that you could possible say was removed, was when they disabled the kraken and skull forts during the cursed sails event. The cursed sails couldn't have happened with them still in the game, and both the kraken and skull forts were put back in after the event was over. Everything else in the game had been added, for free, after release. You shouldn't complain that they are giving you free updates and free content. They are supporting this game very well and frankly a lot of companies don't have that same dedication and commitment to their own games as Rare does.

    They are removing cross play. Yes it will be optional but none of these xbox plays are going to choose to play cross play because in there minds the reason they keep dieing is because they are running to pc players. Even though they dont know if they players that killed them were pc or xbox players. They just cant accept the fact that they got outplayed or whoever killed them may be better at the game. No impossible hes either a pc player or hacker. Its like the same thing in other games when you see noobs call everyone a hacker because they cant accept that they are not that good and need to improve. So yea I am a pc player who is going to end up having no body to play with because 80%+ of our community are xbox players. I want a refund in full.     good luck on a lawsuit. most game EULA have a clause that by installing the game, you will not bring a lawsuit or participate in any class action lawsuits. Even bringing up a topic of suing a dev for such dumb reason like this is ridiculous.

    So you played the game the very first time 1/25/2019 and you are complaining.... Who are you? That's like 5 days ago and you're a PC player to boot, with a Gamer Score of 180. How are you supposed to be taken seriously?

    So because i dont have 100000 hours in a game that means my point shoundlt be taken seriously? How would you feel if the main reason you bought a game was legit being taken away not 10 days after you bought the game. You would feel gipped or scammed out of your money right??? How is this so hard for people to understand...

    The reason for your previous post being locked was made clear, we have a dedicated mega thread for issues/concerns around the recently announced cross play changes. And I can see you recently have voiced your opinions there (which is good!).

    If you wish to get a refund, that has to be done from point of sale, not through us or the forums.
