I joined a friend the other day and he remarked that he had been sailing for 10 hours and in that time there had been four complete changes of crew and wouldn't it be nice to have a readable log somewhere on ship that recorded your ships voyage.
So can we get one and could it include

Can anyone think of anything else they might like to see on a ships log?
I like the idea of a Captain's Log that you could access in the Captain's Cabin - any1 could open it up and screenshot their progress for sharing, or sneak a peak to see how another crew is doing (for example, seeing a note about digging up loot, but no note suggesting that it was turned in). This could even lead to new gameplay mechanics - for example, burying treasure with the shovel; looking at the rival crew's log could give you a map to its location.
Greetings! A ship log has been a long standing very requested desire. A ship’s log would be very nice addition to the game. It could be an old book on the captain’s desk. A nice, weathered leather cover with crisp parchment pages. Would keep track of all these kind of stats. As time passes I like to know how much, how long, how many times, how far, etc.
A recap of a session when we log out could show up like a single page. The book though keeps track of it all with a running total. We would interact with the book to read about our accomplishments and experiences.
A nice extra would be the ability to make notes in the log. A quill and ink well would also be on the desk. We could add our own pages as a captain’s diary. Could also add some resource collecting fun by having us collect the ink during Karen fights.
