I was thinking about this yesterday as I was going about a merry solo sloop voyage. I was doing a gold hoarders, avoiding any "clue" quests it gave me because getting a seafarers after spending 10 minutes on an island is not worth the time (especially when you could actively hunt ghost ships and megs). Currently there isn't any reward for actually finishing a voyage...I like the idea of the players being able to choose how they want to play the game and ideally maintain a similar time for loot balance. They should create an incentive to venture halfway across the map for a "clue" quest when the best thing it could give you is a captains chest or Chest of SinkMyShip
