Speed spinning the steering wheel

I think it is important to add the ability to speed spinning the steering wheel in the galleon. This ability would give time to perform the fast spin of the steering wheel without changing the ship's mechanics. It's just a way to earn free seconds from spinning the wheel constantly. This might include a 90 degree spin (LB, RB) or a 180 degree spin (LT, RT).
