Ability to rejoin a crew when you crash

    I just crashed about 10 minutes ago while playing with strangers.
    I got unexplainable framedrops all the way to 1-8 fps, a few minutes later the game crashed. But now I cant rejoin my crew anymore because I know no one of the crew. This happend while collecting the loot from a skelleton fort, so I lost quite a bit of loot because of this weird crash.

    A crash is nasty, but if I could simply restart the game and rejoin my crew, then it wouldn't be so bad.
    The server should remember your old session (if it's still in play) and ask you if you want to rejoin your crew after a crash or quick restart.
    If the server notices an unusual logout (which usually means a crash or loss of internet connection) it should hold a spot for the player for 4 minutes. That should be enough time to restart the game and rejoin.

    Side note:
    For some strange reason the fight also bugged out. The next wave did not spawn after 15 minutes looking for the last skelleton. Sailing away and back fixed this bug, allowing us to continue the fight.

    You can add the people in the crew you play with to your friendslist with the make friends emote ingame then as long as they added you back you can join them again if you crash.

    @sanni If I knew the exact names of the people I just played with before the crash I could join them afterwards... But I am terrible with names and dont just want to add everyone to a friendlist.
    There should just be an easier way to rejoin a game without adding people to friendlists.

    There should be a tab that says "recent players" on the home screen or on the xbox app. Click on it and it should bring up the last people you just played with, shoot them a message and normally they will just invite you back.

    @stayooriginal Took me 10 minutes to find that knowing such a feature exists because of you... I doubt many know about this... I am happy it exists for the next time something like this happens. But I still think it would be better if there was something ingame to make it easier.
