I just killed a guy with a bucket of sick and a sword and the achievement didn't go off? Is there a bug?

OP threw vomit on an enemy player, then killed them with a sword. They misinterpreted the achievement.
@blam320 thats why i asked it just to be sure, the way you said it is how i interpreted it.
However language barriers sometimes dont help in that matter
@cavemansamurai if you are sure you hit it and the enemy was a human player (no skelleton or something) holding a sword in his hand then it should unlock.
No killing of the enemy is involved with getting the achievement.
If you are sure you did every step correctly you should submit a support ticket
@cavemansamurai didnt have any trouble unlocking it but that was a while ago, i really do think a ticket is your best bet
