Chest in Hungering Deep Trailer

    There's a shiny, more square like chest on the right side of the opening shot with the Hungering Deep Trailer. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it in the game? What do you think it is?

    @sandmanbakery That is a Cannonball Crate. There is a representation of all types of merchant cargo in this scene. :)

    could very well be right. but this crate is so shiny! the cannonball crate is made of normal not lacquered wood

    The crab scuttling across the screen is more foreshadowing than anything. I feel that we will see more treasure chests, more items, and more creatures. While the Giant Shark is suspected to be the center piece of the new update... I think there are many smaller things being released as well. I haven't seen any crabs in game, so to have one in the trailer is interesting. I think having the ability to summon a giant shark in times of combat will be interesting too.

    I think this, i think that........i know it will be c**p like the rest of this POS game that most of us stopped playing two weeks after release. I just came back to trol the PVE noobs who stayed.

    If I´m not mistaken about what I read in the pirate times (pirate news letter) Merrick is stealing poultry from outposts and is wanted. I´m almost certain that that is what is going to be the sacraficed to the "hungering deep" ;)
