@Ant-Heuser-Kush I was trying to think of a flying threat but nothing fit. Dragons / Griffins / don't seem pirate enough to me.

Best fit to me - Ghost Ship
But even then I would not love it if it flew.

Ghost ship rises out of the ocean to do battle at night then sinks back down in the day seems better to me. Random location every 7 "days". It would be challenging to get on it if it floated in the air sometimes.

Sounds like a phoenix to me.

From my experience, no matter what theme an "original" entity "belongs" to, they can be bent and twisted to fit another in a way or another. Dear child has many names.

@arch-fable lol....so you are saying we should light the giant parrot on fire. Sounds like a plan to me.

Also I love the idea of the Giant Ape throwing barrels, and throwing exploding barrels. That would be perfect. Especially if somehow they made those barrels roll down a path so you have to jump over them.

Sounds like Donkey Kong throwing barrels at pirates instead of plumbers. LOL
