Step 1: Disable Shader-cache in the amd options.
Step 2: Put the lightning option in sea of thieves to the lowest.
Step 3: Play in windowed mode [Alt+Enter] and you should not longer crash!
Step 4: Dont forget to turn on V-sync!
Before i found this solution my game crashed always on 4 man ships, or dropping into water, or randomly every 10-25 minutes. Now im enjoying this game with some "little framedrops" for hours without ANY crash. I hope this Topic can help out the peeps with amd graphic cards.
