My game crashed on me when I left the ferry of the damned while doing an Order of Souls quest. With the crash I lost 1:30h of loot which sucks.
I think there should be a certain time window, maybe like 10mins where your ship still exists in that server and you're able to join back in. Because when you have a sudden serverside or internet disconnect or even a game crash as in my case, it's very frustrating to just lose everything.
You should be able to reconnect to your ship when solo-ing
I could not agree more. I have easily lost significantly more gold/xp due to server disconnects than being raided by pirates.
It's clear they are server issues as well. They come in ebbs and flows, and seem to hit most at peak times for the server. Meanwhile my network monitor shows no changes in my service.This is literally destroying my will to continue playing. I've lost dozens of hours to this kind of disconnect since launch. It's extra frustrating because i actually enjoy the game. I've sunk over 100 hours into it. Just wish the loses and server lag was better. They should have this stuff sorted by now. Instead it feels like it's getting worse.
