Found FIX for loud buzzing in xbox party chat.

Ok, finally fixed it. Try this...
Right click the speaker icon on bottom right of your screen.
Click Recording Devices.
Highlight the mic you use.
Click Properties.
Click Advanced.
Set bit rate to DVD quality 16bit 48000hz.
Make sure xbox app has same mic (it should) and no more buzzing.
