Did you redeem a code for SoT too? Cause this promos usually come either with a code card/paper for the game to redeem and download or a retail disc. Depend on where you have bought it.

Ah right its it a hard disc you using or just a code you got, Either way your going to need to contact Microsoft xbox and the place you bought the xbox at if it was a boxed promo you going to need the console serial number

Then either it was a mistake either the store you bought it at gave the wrong code and they will have to request a different code using your serial code or the wrong code was put in the box by xbox which you will have to contact Microsoft Xbox Over the issue and give them your serial number they will be able to see if it was indeed part of the promotion or not...

I really don't think Rare or Sea of Thieves can help you with this issue
