Name & shame PC cheaters
Why are we forced to crossplay theres thousands of threads complaining about it. It took em 5 days max to nerf the bb with only a handful of complaints yet they aint doing squat to provide a fix to the glaring pc vs xbox problems my whole crews getting sick and tired of having a glitchy lagging a*s ship mowing us down. If there no issues how come i can identify for certain every single time im in combat against pcs. On top of the glitch and lag they also spawn into servers faster by up 2 a minute we timed it they also can respawn faster due to reduced blackscreen loading wheel time.

Most likely on your end. Not sure if Xbox users can display their ping but it's very common in this game to put people in servers not within their location. I live in Australia but constantly get placed with the US or European servers and almost always have up to 300 ping on those servers.
Also the less loading times is most likely due to having an SSD, I have an SSD and wouldn't game without one.
@atlanta-chrome i think we shouls just toss cross platfroming altogether really. It was a nice idea but pc players have an unfair hand to hand combat advantage over us console players
Being a person who has worked in tech for most of my life, the terms ‘lag’ and ‘glitch’ have been very over and misused in gaming culture.
‘Lag’ exists, period. Latency is the cause. Connecting to servers over multiple hops and the time that it takes to get to each point, rerouting when needed - is the foundation of the internet as we know it.
Early multiplayer on dialup saw a significant advantage based on connection speed - this is no longer the case with high speed internet. Back then a 14.4kbps modem would get you killed every time in Quake by someone with a 28.8 or 38.4kbps modem. Then 56k came along and the playing field progressively evened out.
Considering latency and how your home network is configured and used, your connection to your ISP, the quality of the infrastructure in your area and a few other contributing factors - this places ‘lag and glitch’ into its own category - bottom line - it happens to us all.
Cheating and modding is altogether different - willingly entering a balanced playing field with an unfair advantage due to exploits.
Server response time, migrations, shutdowns and scaling - I can understand and accept as normal.
Outright cheating I cannot, there are telltale signs to look for. Researching the cheats/mods/exploits that are available to the public is the first step in knowing what to look for.
It’s unfortunate and exists everywhere - catering to those who don’t want to put in the effort to progress/improve naturally.
I wish everyone fair weather and hope to see the cheating decreasing and addressed with zero tolerance.
