    I purchased my Ferrymen DLC & the items didn't show up immediately. Is there a wait time? I heard something about it taking up to 2 weeks!

    Should I contact support or wait?

    Write a ticket to the support team they should be able to help.

    When you say purchased, can you elaborate? Did you buy the controller or just a code from someone? Did you enter the code into the xbox live app/microsoft store to redeem it? If so, did you get an error?

    Contact the sea of thieves SUPPORT TEAM and they take you through steps to successfully redeem your code provided its ACTUALLY VALID

    Please make sure you are signed into the correct account prior to redeeming the (Black Dog Pack code). Rare are not able to transfer codes from one account to another and will not be able to assist on the matter.

    -Did you wait 72 hours for your code to arrive?
    The code can take 72 hours to arrive. If 72 hours have passed please get back in touch.
