We've already checked the privacy settings allowing access to the microphone to both the Xbox app and Sea of Thieves. The settings in game are with Push To Talk ON, Directional and the audio is set to Headphones. We tried replugging the headset and restarting both the game and the pc. A barred text bubble is displayed above her gamertag in game, sometimes there is nothing when entering the game but as soon as she presses ALT to Push to Talk the barred bubble appears. She has not been muted and just installed the game. Also we are already talking via Discord and we've already tried playing without it. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
We're playing the PC version of the game.
