Hi! Since the last update, my friend and I are disconnect regularly. We travel in sloop, we are sometimes disconnected every 5 minutes. Obviously when the disconnected person holds a chest, it also disappears. It has become impossible to play properly. It's been more than 2 weeks since the game was launched and I do not understand why there are updates to please players who want their boats to appear further, even before settling the instability of the server. We paid for a game that we can't even play anymore ... It's quite inconceivable, isn't it?

Unfortunatley it sounds like youve got a dodgy cable/wifi connection.
Servers themselves are pretty stable once youre connected. If youre wifi even switches momentarily, you will be kicked from the server, it doenst reconnect you.
Make sure that you have your wifi 2.4 and 5ghz bands split apart as a start. Then i would advise assigning a static IP address to your computer so that it doesnt get kicked off when in use.
The only things i can really think outside of that would be replacing your LAN cables.
Its 100% computer sided though. Usually you wouldnt notice it but the game doesnt handle disconnects nicely. Even momentary ones. I wouldnt expect this to change any time soon as it requires a change in the net code which is a PITA@chapinoux @onigirizangief I am having this problem too. I'm playing on PC, Windows 10 64bit, and this has been happening since I bought the game. Sometimes I can't even get into the game and it cuts off on the loading screen trying to get in. Others it'll be 30 seconds into it and then I can play for an hour without an issue!
I've submitted a previous report and they said "They are aware of the issue and trying to fix it" and closed the ticket.
They didn't say what the problem was, if there was something we could do to help, how long it would take, if we have to wait for an update etc etc.
So incredibly annoying not being able to play a game that I've paid a lot of money for.
