@arecbalrin You are 100% right that there has to be faith and that the buyer should beware.
However, let's discuss this logically. We are investors of this game, by purchasing it or playing via the Microsoft by the gamepass. As investors, we have the right to know where our money has gone. Many Fortune 500 companies who are publicly traded respond to requests once every three months or so with a "Shareholders" meeting.
With that said this game has been officially released for just about 2 weeks now depending on the region and time zone. They have provided us with a video update, tweets about the condition, maintenance upgrades, a forum/website posting about when things will be fixed. They have done more response and discussion than many Top 10 companies do in a year in 2 weeks.
While it is not unreasonable to ask for communication, I believe the devs have been very forthcoming with us about what is going on. This communication has given me and many other's faith in the devs.
Now many manufacturing companies (software development can be considered manufacturing a product) have a built-in time window for failure on a massive scale. Even though they test and do Quality Assurance checks, things can and will fail. The true test is how quickly they can respond to the failure and implement a solution. Again, they have had server maintenance already, reloaded the entire game application, and have another maintenance window scheduled for the next few days. Again, they are fulfilling another obligation to the investors.
The other thing is that some products take time to form a legitimate solution to issues. Many players issues that need a solution are content. Content takes time and it was already discussed they are already in Stage 2 development of solutions to content which will be released in the coming months.
I am not suggesting that you tread lightly, but I am suggesting that calmer heads will help see the issues and respond in a more caring and understanding tone.
