So we all know what they look like, but I would like to change the sail colour and the sail pattern to something much my taste.

@cpt-beardcrumbs Just different decals So you could change the sail emblem from black to white and the sails from white to black etc.
Maybe even a colour pallet?
@mad-jack-ketch Sounds good to me. One thing i would love is base creation somewhat like GTA the way you can buy a hanger or home etc. Imagine your own personal island for you and your crew with a wee club house on it.

Surly this kind of customization should be available to all? Though I do like the idea.
While I support custom sails using pre-defined patterns & colours (like in Dark Age of Camelot MMO), I do NOT support the "anything goes" as is found in ArcheAge...where you could basically have any image as your sails/house decorations. Naked bodies, racist symbols, foreign swear words, etc. covering every available square inch. Allowing any "user-defined uploaded" patterns means 1000's of hours of moderation to cull out undesirable entries...which RARE can't afford.

I want a colour pallet introduced in general for everything, it would add alot more variation for minimal effort too.
In the case of these sails, they need something, I remember seeing a post about devs designing something really cool but honestly I think they suck, im greatful for the nod to founders but I dont think theyre something really cool like mentioned, way too basic haha
@luciansanchez82 It was just an idea, for example the founders sails :D What if people like black sails, that sail emblem isn't going to stand out.
@dolnornumbwit Since they are implementing microtransactions anyway, I wouldn't mind seeing a similar system to what Warframe has.
They allow submission of custom emblems to the game for a small fee, the emblems are manually checked. This allows customisation to the people who want it as well as a cost effective way of maintaining moderation of added emblems.I wish they added a color palette and the skins were effectively patterns that could be customised.
