    1. put in a long term goal of pirate legend
    2. make the grind so bad and the money you get for it so worhtless and the "just cosmetics" for said gold not worth the time .
      3.then! put in the worse idea ever. make is so that other players i.e. any number more than you have and loose all the time and effort you have spent in the game.
    3. repeat steps 1-3 and call it a game.

    Question. what do i have to strive for in this game? pretty guns? pretty avatar? pretty boat? check check and check.... now what. oh if i can get a hold of prescription aderal(cause with out that level of focus there is literally no way it will happen) and grind my butt off and get pirate legend status then i get to do more quests....

    what kind of weapons grade autism was fired out of your cannon to think his was a great idea.... How on God's green earth did it take you 4 years to make this dumpster fire... i hope and pray to God you guys release content soon. and i mean within a week cause holding back at this point is the wort idea you could have. good luck and patching those holes.

    How about just having fun on your way to become a Pirate legend?

    I mean, yes the game is every lacking in content, but the grind would still be there. They need more variable missions, with better payouts and a ton of more content, but having fun is the number one thing in this game.

    RARE need's to get off their A***'s and show us a roadmap or something, and quit being cryptic and mysterious about stuff.

    i would love to have fun. the problem is if im playing alone im screwed. cant watch the boat and quest. if its me and a friend then its galleon issues. if we are on a galleon we are constantly hunted cause "we have treasure". the problem is my fun is doing the rep not being FORCED to have to deal with other idiots that just want to sink me for the fact that they can. ive literally have a galleon sink me and leave. i have 10 chests on board and never once did they even come for them. its just a bunch of harry knuckled trolls. you cant even kick people you dont want from your ship. especially when people join and start throwing you treasure overboard and dropping you anchor. so you put them in the bring and they sit there for hours gimping your crew and soaking the free rep and gold while they do nothing. how is any of this fun? i cant have fun if im forced to deal or play with other if i choose not to. its not fun none of it is.

    I agree that the game needs content soon. A week may be unrealistic but the proposed 3 months is unacceptable. I'd say we need monthly updates. They shouldn't hold back content so they can release it in the proposed big update in 3 months.

    It's a co-op game. If you didn't want to play a co-op game, you shouldn't have bought it. It sounds like you just don't like the game at its core. That doesn't mean it should change to be something you like. You could just play another game, and not try to change this one, which other people are having tons of fun with. Not every game needs to be for everybody.

    Why should they? What do they add to the PvPers' gameplay experience? I'll tell you, nothing. The cannon balls on your ship are worth more than the new hat those chests would buy. That hat doesn't lead to more enjoyable pvp, I can't even see me wearing it 99% of the time.

    If you want to play the game for its fetch quests and clothing shopping experience feel free, but please forgive players for engaging in naval combat in a pirate game, especially when that combat is the only non-tedious/repetitive gameplay.

    Its actually pretty easy to play alone, and if its with someone you trust or someone thats good, two people can be even easier. The sloop was made to be faster and easier to maneuver than a galleon, which means if you encounter someone else, turn tail and sail.

    I've been playing a while and what I do to make sure I dont get ambushed at an island is I have my sail and anchor up, which makes for a quick getaway if someone starts firing at you. Not only that, but I'm pretty sure if you stay in a lobby long enough you wont encounter any players. I've spent at least 10 minutes at an outpost after a few hours of quests and nobody came anywhere near it

    Dude unless your a pirate legend, you shouldn't be talking c**p. Not only do you get legendary quest once you reach said rank you get exclusive content. They said they would create new quest and increase level cap. Not only that they also said they would be adding a sizeable amount of additional content in the future.

    @chocco91 they're not holding content back for major updates. they've stated that there will be smaller updates between the major updates.

    Alright you make it sound so easy. But I have had a blast in alpha beta and launch. The quests are enjoyable everything seems the same but every time I login it is different.

    1. They release new Big content after 3 months of release
    2. You forgot one step: PvP (event it needs bit of adjusting)
    3. Have you never experienced fighting a fort + having to sink 3 other galeons it is amazing.
    4. Don't forget to have fun and the last step is make you're own adventure thats what this game is all about.

    Its a great foundation to build on a great theme, setting, and amazing scene. Do not be so impatient its only 1 week since launch. If they would drop everything from the bat there is nothing to look forward too.
