Me and a friend found a message in a bottle for the skeleton captain at Plunder Valley. we have now spent a half hour running around the island looking for the blue bandanas and can't find a single one. almost like the mission is bugged. we have done other skeleton without problems but it seems like this bottle is no good. can anyone offer some help are we doing something wrong or is this bottle just bugged out ?

Yea some of the missions are bugged. If you find the location where they should be spawned (music changes in that location) you can sometimes see where they are bugged out (inside rocks, or underground). You can place a powder keg there to sometime clear the wave and the next wave will spawn in as they should.
It works sometimes..
