This is in the achievements for the Order of Souls, I have killed tonnes of skeletons, cleared forts and killed captains and this doesn't go up.
What on Earth is a "Skeleton Crew" are there NPC Ghost Ships that I have not found?

Yeah, I've done tonnes of Missions and completed them fully and killed all the skeletons available.

No idea, maybe it's to sink a ghost ship, would be more related with the game, maybe it's to kill skeletons while solo manning a gallion... but I'm sure this has already been done.
