My crew and i hopped servers after ours turned pretty dull. We were on our way to a neet little treasure cave while keeping our eyes peeled for a Skull Fort. Instead of a Skull Fort we came across two galleons at a fort, it then dawned on us, they just finished a Skull Fort and were splitting up loot. We anchored next to them and traded blows until we sunk one. We barely survived a two Galleon bombardment but the fight continued until we landed a good ram on the second ship. It let a few of us board and grab supplies. By then the other had returned and we continued, low on resources as we had come into the fight with a freshly spawned ship and did not grab any supplies, we had to steal theirs and grab water barrels.
They started spammed their loot in the chat to taunt us. We kept fighting untill we landed a crippling ram. We recieved no damage and that ship went under. The final ship, with his Admiral Sails and hull thrashing in the raging storm also received yet again a perfect ram then volly and board, they finally went under.
We Scooped the sea loot and decided to check the fort island. We found the rest of the haul in a bush and snagged all but one low tier chest. We saw the Galleons returning and fled to cash in. We were far away as i watched one Galleon dock up at the fort to get their "well hidden" loot. What they did find was a measily low tier chest, then "P**F" their ship disappeared. Im assuming a rage quit.
Lastly outside the outpost we were of course met by a Kraken, but we meandered through it and cashed in our 15k haul.
It was truly Epic.
