@sir-rhavi I mean I don't care that much, as it's obvious what the trade offs are to anyone who actually cares and isn't trying to console wars. But Power scaling is generally 1:1 with Tflops nowadays. Which means a PC with a similiar GPU and CPU as an Xbox one X will have roughly the same performance. Say something like an older AMD 6300 CPU and a RX 4/580 for instance. Beyond that it's the limitations of the title itself in terms of options, and HDR. So sure HDR might matter far more than everything else for some people, but for others FPS/LOD etc matter more.
As far as the video he mentions LOD differences (Better on PC), extra features for PC etc? What am I missing? Outside of HDR, the benefits definitely seem to be in PC's favor, as is normal. Although relatively speaking, the only meaningful difference is LOD/FPS.
As far as framerate, well that's up to you to decide if it's an important factor. It's just one of those odd elements that affects gameplay as well as what I'd consider graphics. It would be cool to get an option for 1080@60fps on Xbox One X, or 720@60fps on Original Xbox One. But I don't know if the CPU's can handle it. They tend to bottleneck the GPU at those ranges.
The games visuals are stylized in a way that require very little overhead, and it's well optimized all around. I mean it works on pretty much anything. It's going to hold up visually for a long time, they did a great job.
