Game doesn't load on PC, grey screen and fixes didn't fix anything, any ideas?

• [Link] Install a random application from the microsoft store (then uninstall it if you want).
• [Link] Try changing your Local Account to your Microsoft Account or vice versa.
• Restart the pc.
• Reinstall the game.
• The Windows Update service may be stopped.

I managed to fix it. What was causing the issue was a program called virtual audio cable. something i use to split audio channels using software rather than hardware.

I recommend that you contact the support, the issue should have been fixed in the last update of the game.
Raise a ticket (it may take a while to fully load)

@misakgo The OP issue is different from yours (the game closes when you run it).
Yours seems like a issue with the drivers (but I am not sure), currently the game still crashes for some people because of them (both Nvidia and AMD users).

They are already investigating the issue, I hope they fix it soon.

@misakgo And how do you solve the grey screen error? Theoretically, who has that error can not play.

I was able to get beyond the gray screen crash by going into “Services” in Windows and starting the “Windows PushToInstall Service”. Everyone probably has different situations, though. No guarantee it will work...
