@bluwolve I dunno, maybe get some developers who want to live and make games there.... Like someone said earlier this is when their dev team works. Sorry, that's when they are always going to do maintenance. Like Blizzard always does DT during their morning on the west coast.

So all those game developers who inform they're users these things in game when you log in and have some kind of "NEWS TAB/VIEW" in login view are wrong and it's totally useless and unnecessary. Ok. I strongly advice you to consider a just a tiny amount finely tuned criticism towards Rare, even though you are "Founder" of this game. I get me coat now....

@lord-trunky Again another cocky answer from Founder. Nice! Let me explain: Not every one has been here from the dark ages. I saw that 15min and even 30min countdown. Ok? I was roaming around map in my gold chest journey. I had have returning 6 chests already and did not get any gold or rep from them. (been reading from the forum it's a bug) When 30min countdown was showing was trying to get at least something out of 3-4 hour game play and i noticed that won't be able to get all the chests in that time. Returned 1 chest and did get nothing from that either. If some sort of news flash would been there in the log in screen for inform that THIS IS THE DAY that they will have maintenance i wouldn't play at this time at all. And i'm not still getting any answer how is SOOO bad idea to include news in the log in screen, just these arrogant answers saying "shut up you don't know what you're talking about!" And like i said before i started play this game yesterday, but this definitely isn't my first game in my 30 years of computer gaming. You are clearly assuming that i'm new to these things and i'm ignorant, like OH so many founders do in this forum, it seems. Nice. Like i said. I will not comment here anymore. So arrogant. To offer a useful suggestion instead of just complaining. I would suggest 3 - 5 hours earlier than current planned times.

This would put the 'prime' time window somewhere over the middle of the pacific. early enough to miss Australia, NZ and East Asia but late enough to miss US West Coast.

And the poor dev's only need to get up a little bit earlier.

@lady-aijou So it's like this. Very transparent. There is a lot of these "Founders" who are bashing "new" players here when they give constructive criticism and you wont do nothing about that. I see. Like one other said that this community is very toxic especially for those who has not played this game from the early testing stages. And now you made very clear that you "protect" these members and underline the fact that this "community" has a "inside circle". Well done. In top of that you have completely deleted thread which contained fairly good concern about safety of the Outposts for solo gamers, thinking about future of this game regarding "griefers" and "campers". Amazing!? I have been working over 20 years in marketing and communication business and see this very, how can i say... strange way to do public relations.

You take your time to do this, but you don't answer relevant questions some people have here. E.g. I made a thread where i had a question about Xbox app on Windows 10 and how to add and find players there who you met in the game and are using Xbox. No answer to that? So now when i have your 100% attention i'm asking again: How can i add people from the game i meet as i'm not in the same group and i'm using PC and they are using Xbox. And don't tell me it's not your concern and it's a Windows / Microsoft problem. When i try to "invite a friend" of course it's not working because i have no friends on that list and i don't own Xbox as seen in below picture. Is there NO other way to do this or can you please add some kind of instructions how this is done. I'm not alone with this problem. Few days ago i watched live stream from Youtube and that streamer had same problem. No info anywhere how to do this. How about adding friends who has PC? How this is done? No info regarding that issue either. I think you have totally forgot that here will be players who are playing this game of yours only on PC and don't even own Xbox.

I hope we will get a answer soon as possible as i and many other aren't interested to play with random people and HOPE they are using mic and are fun to play with. Unfortunately in my experience most randoms which i have been playing with aren't using mic and have had no sense of team play which makes this game very unpleasant game experience. I really hope that this is taken in form of constructive criticism.

PS. I strongly advice your community management team to add some tutorials on your official Youtube channel, as you have one.
