Yeah, I know, I've had this 2 times and the first time a relog fixed it, the gold and rep I should have gotten from sacking a fort and selling all the goodies inside was there after the relog, however:
I did another last night during that time when people couldn't log in and stuff. Me and my crew were ingame already so the login issue didn't affect us. We went and sacked a fort, picked everything up and sold it all even if we weren't getting gold as we were selling because we thought a relog would fix it. I's now been about 16 hours since and the gold and rep has still to appear. Anyone got any info related to that?

Rare is currently working for a solution I would recommend being patient and let Rare get their sea legs lol. I personally reloged when I had this problem and I got everything back but that doesn't mean it will work for you, but that doesn't mean don't try.relogged bout 4 times since... I think this case is special because the loot was acquired while the servers were being worked on... anyway, I hope it gets fixed or that we get something in exchange for the 2-3 hours of work we did... and if not... well that'd be unfortunate but it won't be gamebreaking

I have all my rep still but reclogging did not work. I noticed when I purchased something from the hoarder that my gold disappeared during the completion of the transaction. Oye, too much gold to lose :(
