Sea of thieves No gun bug!

    When i loaded up sea of thieves this morning, i entered the game with no pistol, i went to the equipment chest to equip a pistol, but it physically would not let me, the 2nd slot is empty and i cant equip anything, i cant only have one weapon, i can switch the 1st slot to a pistol but its really annoying that i dont have a 2nd slot, i think this is only happening to me but if you have any idea on what to do please let me know.

    I'm also having the issue, if i start at an outpost i can select all my items, but as soon as i enter my Sloop they're gone, I cant re assign them either.

    I tried logging out and in again but this did not solve the issue.

    @bearablekitty88 I had the issue as well during the beta.
    I didn't manage to have my second slot working again, although I didn't try much as I didn't have enough time left to play.

    had same problem could only use banana, wood and cannonballs those are the only things i see in the equipment meny when i try to equip something it doesnt show up

    I've had this issue too but with all equipment, not just weapons. As soon as I enter my sloop everything is gone. Only fix I've found so far is to go drown myself then respawn on my ship. Then everything returns and I can equip normally.

    I had the exact issue a few times after launch,
    missing items from my selection wheel, could only equip bucket and banananananas.

    all i had to do was jump off the crows nest a few times until i die, or get eaten by a shark.

    once i respawned on the ship all was well and good.
    has only happend to me twice though and was almost instantly fixed by commiting suicide or being killed

    Suicide doesn't work for me. I'm still having only one weapon and it's just annoying... Really annoying...

    Same issue here FWIW. I don’t believe Rare has publicly acknowledged this particular issue.

    I think I figured out the bug and the fix. Happened to me twice on logon. First time I fixed it but didnt realize. Thought relogging did the trick. The second time quitting the game didnt work. Killing myself didnt work. Turns out if you go to the armory, select the black dog cutlass and then pick the default sword. Then click on a pistol and select that. Then kill yourself and it fixes the issue. Seems to be an issue when logging in using the black dog cutlass. I think you can still use it just make sure you swap back to the normal sword before you log out.

    @shallbyte s bug fix works for me but this is still an issue in the game post update this morning.

    Still a bug I believe. Just started up for the first time with no weapons while me crew member does.

    I just hard restarted my xbox and got my stuff back
