Can't buy SOT from Windows Store.

    Trying to buy Sea of Thieves through Windows Store and it doesn't allow me. First it changes the location to United states and i can't change it and then when i try to pay with my credit card or paypal then it says "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.".

    @gpresco Same here but with Xbox Game Pass I think its region related ....

    @disbiscuitz Yeah could be. But i tried with paypal to that has to work if you'r in any region but still the same problem.

    What Region are you trying to Purchase from / Windows is set to?

    I'm in Lithuania, but i tried regions as United Kingdom, United States and it's the same. With the Microsoft Store now I use United Kingdom region and they don't even allow me to start the payment, says some problem occurred and i need to wait.

    any you guys cant buy the game just log in u.s or uk MS store buy the game with digital xbox card and i will show in you account later but when you check out you cant pay with paypal or credit card and when you check out i think you need to add a u.s address, thats what i did so you need to buy digital and top up your account.

    I'm from Serbia, and also have the same problem as you. This is definitely a bad thing, and will sadly affect a lot of people who wanted to buy this game. A very stupid way of losing customers...

    Same for me, I'm from Ukraine :( I waited release of this game so long and it is unsupported in my region... And any info about it from support.

    @chevoron Everyone in non supported Xbox live regions are sadly SoL. Xbox live hasnt been in many countries throughout the years, so I doubt it will change any time soon
