More Sea Monsters!

    What do you guys think about more legendary sea monsters, like the Kraken or Cthulhu? My personal suggestion would be to add Hafgufa, a demonic entity that hides as a mobile island preying on ships that try to dock at it! What do you all think?

    I think more sea monsters would be good, might get a little annoying If you dock at an island and randomly get consumed by it :)

    Some sort of lochness monster beast would be nice. I feel those type of sea monsters are underrated in games. And seeing several shiny reptillian humps rising and sinking beneath the waves durng a storm would be creepy.

    Kraken is already confirmed to be in the game at launch. Though I would love to see monsters like Sea Serpents or gigantic whales.

    The kraken is already confirmed and I believe the evil mermaids where already confirmed as well as they have already done art for them, and there was some data mined info.

    I really want a Leviathan. Massive sea serpent/whale-like monster on par with the Kraken.

    Negative on whaling. A massive, whale-like monster (like Livyatan) is fine, but hunting regular whales is a big no-no in my book. Fishing is fine, though.

    im even cool with friendly beasts like whales and dolphins. the world does seem a little empty and lonesome.

    There is a lot that can be added to this game. Tons of stuff! More enemy types would be great. Only skeletons and sharks get boring in the long run.

    I never said whaling, just whales in general, acting as sea life to enjoy seeing, and an obstacle to avoid when one breaches nearby. And if people want to kill them, I will sink their ships.

    OK, simple misunderstanding then!

    Whales would be a great addition, especially if someone wants to go freediving with them.

    @xcalypt0x I'm pretty sure the siren was the mermaid. I'm kinda disappointed that the mermaids are not woman which is what was commonly reported by pirates.

    They have painting on rock of giant crab in game. Maybe get to fight the shiny crab from Disneys Moana

    Sea Rhino - Found near coasts eating lobsters
    Sea Swine - Eyes all over body, dragon feet, hog head with tusks
    Kraken - Created a whirlpool before encountered
    Cherub Seals - Large seals with human faces
    Sea Chimera - Serpent tail that lights a flame, bird-like face with feathers that shoot out smoke
    Sea Eagle - Half stingray, half bird
    Jasconius - Looks like an island, moves, has scales
    Loch Ness Monster - Need more to explain?
    Steipereidur - Scary whale-like creature, fights off dangerous monsters

    Where do some of you get these ideas? lol. In keeping with the light, but somewhat sensible tone of the game the addition of sirens would be a cool concept. Lures pirates to their shores with treasures and song and crash, sink. If we are going to suggest completely ridiculous things though I vote for a giant lava monster that consumes islands and can only be killed by a Mothra/godzilla combo.
