Zooming in on hand held maps

    It would be nice to zoom in a little bit on the treasure maps, for those of us who need glasses and have small screens.

    I agree. I have a huge screen, but bad eyes. It's pretty hard for me to make out those tiny little land marks sometimes. And it makes sense that our pirate should be able to hold the map closer to his/her face when looking at it.

    Try the FOV slider in your settings, ideal for zooming in on maps.
    I occasionally use it when i'm stuck looking for a hard to find treasure!
    Just remember to set it back to normal when you're done zooming though ;)

    @luca-blackwell It might be a design decision. If you get a friend to hold their map up for you, you can zoom in as close as you want and it makes treasure hunting really easy.

    If your with a crew you can have someone hold the map in front of you and you can use the spyglass to get a closer look.
