Can I use Xbox pre-order for PC?

    I can't pre-order the game via the microsoft store in my region. But I can pre-order it from a store though only for Xbox. Can I use the Xbox copy on PC as well?

    I have a same problem and no one helps me to fix this [Mod edited for language]..after few microsoft agents and SoT support..i am region locked too,and i am from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

    @bloodclap Well I'm from Bulgaria so we are pretty near. But still I don't understand why they can't just get it out on Steam or something.

    Only the digital version will work on pc as well, if it is a physical 'disc' version it will only work on xbox.

    @owly980ti because its a microsoft studios game. why woukd they sell via a direct competitor. same reason its not on ps4

    game isnt region locked and so long as its digital version can be played on pc.

    If you buy a digital code from a retailer it says both Xbox and Windows 10 on it:

    So no worries, just be sure to buy the digital and not the disc version.

    oh also side note, must be Windows 10 with Windows store.

    Only a digital copy will work. If you buy a hard copy cd of the game, you will only get xbox then.

    @owly980ti Hello mate! As others have mentioned, only the copy purchased digitally through the Microsoft Store is guaranteed to be eligible for both PC and Xbox, purchasing it elsewhere will most likely mean it’s just for one, not the other.
