I'm having an issue getting my controller working, it didn't work in the closed beta either so I just went with keyboard and mouse thinking it might be fixed but apparently the issue is still there. I'm using the Razer Serval. It works on literally every other game I have so it has to be unique to sea of thieves I'm assuming. If anyone knows what the issue might be id greatly appreciate some help here.
Xbox Controller not working
@the-sio It's a Razer Serval it can be used for xbox or pc and it's wireless but has a cord to plug in which is how I use it.

A Razer Serval is a 3rd Party Controller. It’s not correct to call it an Xbox Controller.
Have you tried a genuine Microsoft Xbox Controller?
My controller is always bugging out. I know it isn’t the “controller” itself. I just got the new sea of thieves controller. Sometimes I can’t open my item dial, sometimes it will only let me wield one weapon. It’s really weird and makes me pretty mad when I join a game and I come into the middle of a fight and can’t do anything. Pretty frustrating.
