I just had an very nice encounter. I know, there are many debates going on about the PvP and how annoying some of the players are, but listen to my story folks:
I just woke up on Golden Sands Outpost and setting sail, when I heard some filthy dog firing his gun at me. So I turned around and noticed a ship on the other side of the outpost and that scallywag standing on the peer. So I headed my ship for his, as he ran back to his ship, to defend it. We had a little fight in front of the Golden Sands shores, but I managed to defeat him. So I swam to his heavily damaged ship to restock some supplies. After a while he spawned again and what did he do? He clapped for me. So I bowed to him. I helped him to get his ship of the lands (he got it stuck at the end of the fight) and headed back to my ship and voyage.
Those are the moments we should memorize, not those when we get spawn killed and followed by the same crew for 4 years. Just let yourself into the game and it´ll reward you with great memories you can tell in yer tavern.
