@captain-mitko As of right now game pass is not on pc.
All game progress is tied to your account, so it doesn't matter how you play the game as long as you use the same account.

Not to drag this up again, but are you guys sure? And I don't need an actual Xbox to do this? I figured I'd use the 14 day free trial to let me demo the game.
A friend of mine uses game pass for his PC. 100% works.

Are you sure regarding SoT, game pass and day one? I activated a one month game pass on my account. I just own a win 10 pc and with this pass I just can play zoo tycoon. Nothing else and there are some play anywhere games in the market. Some games I can buy for less money, but... I'm not that positive thinking regarding this topic. Sea of Thieves will not show up in your possible games library until launch has hit in your region... so it may not be instant but it should be there soon! (Possibly just after midnight in your region!)
@lallydude Correct! That is how it will work. As long as your account has been signed into that PC currently or previously.

You don't need XBox Live Gold to play online on PC.
